BEST EMS, founded in 2012 by board-certified emergency medicine physicians, is dedicated to advancing pre-hospital care through quality, education, and service.

We partner closely with EMS agencies to ensure seamless patient care from 911 dispatch to hospital discharge while fostering continuous improvement and better outcomes.

With decades of combined experience, our team supports over 40 partner organizations, providing medical direction and education for paramedics, EMTs, first responders, and public safety teams.

At BEST EMS, we are proud to be the only Medical Control Lighthouse Community, leading innovation in resuscitation care. We have hosted multiple Resuscitation Academies, welcoming attendees from across the country, including community members, first responders, and physicians.

Our team has also been invited to present at the world-renowned Resuscitation Academy in Seattle, a recognition of our leadership in the field.
