
Dr Holland grew up in upstate New York and the DFW metroplex, attending Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M University, Dr Holland got his start in prehospital care, working with on campus EMS and First Responder services. For medical school, he attended Midwestern University-CCOM, followed by residency at the University at Buffalo, where he was Chief Resident. While in Buffalo, Dr Holland had a special focus in EMS, working with Mercy Flight–the city’s air ambulance service. He now lives back in the DFW metroplex and works for EMC/TeamHealth at Texas Health Resources hospitals. He also is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at TCU Burnett School of Medicine and one of the medical directors at BEST EMS.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and watching sports.
