Rod Williams is the System Development Coordinator for BEST EMS.  Rod has worked in EMS for over 35 years, with experience as a volunteer, with an urban third-city-service EMS, and with Fire based EMS.  He also worked for the past 25 years performing EMS Quality Improvement, EMS education, and Medical Control system management. Currently he serves as a Battalion Chief with the Addison Fire Department.
