Dr. Maynard grew up in Southern California where he graduated from Loma Linda University. He attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ, and went on to complete a residency in Emergency Medicine at UT Southwestern/Parkland in Dallas, TX. Dr Maynard currently works on staff at BSW McKinney and one of the medical directors with BEST EMS.

Personal interests: financial literacy, peak performance health, backpacking and rock climbing, drumming and guitar, spending time with his wife and two young daughters.

Goals: to be financially independent and retire early, medical missions, become a musical street performer, win the American Ninja Warrior competition, hang with my awesome family.
