Dr. Robert Hancock, DO FACEP has been board certified in emergency medicine for 14 years. He attended medical school at UNT Health Science Center, and completed residency at UT Southwestern/Parkland where he served as chief resident. He spent 7 years at Methodist Dallas Medical Center where he served as medical director of the emergency department. Additionally, he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical School. He is currently highly involved in EMS in the DFW area, and serves as medical director to multiple fire departments including Roanoke, Westlake, Keller, Euless and Travis County ESD#1. Dr. Hancock currently practices in the Baylor/Scott & White System as well as multiple other hospitals in Texas and Oklahoma. Additionally, he currently is the President of the Texas College of Emergency Physicians. He is passionate about providing high quality emergency care and firmly believes “If you always do what is right for the patient, you are never wrong”.
