We are pleased to welcome Jamie Jansen as our Training Coordinator. Jamie is a Captain with the Grapevine Fire Department, where he has served for over 14 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Services Administration, which has shaped his approach to leadership and decision-making.

Jamie has dedicated his career to training and mentorship. As a Field Training Paramedic (FTP) for eight years, he led the New Paramedic Orientation (NPO) program, helping new members transition smoothly and develop the skills needed for success.

Since 2019, Jamie has been an instructor with BEST EMS, teaching monthly continuing education and cadaver lab. He has also contributed to protocol testing, policy development, and educational case reviews. His passion for advancing emergency services is evident through his commitment to innovation, collaboration, and mentorship.
